Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any plan or service from CareDietPro.

1. Free Consultations

Initial consultations booked through our website are complimentary and carry no charge. You may cancel or reschedule a free consultation at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

2. Paid Diet Plans — Cancellation

Once a paid diet plan is purchased and your dietitian has commenced work on your personalised report, the service is considered initiated. Cancellation requests are handled as follows:

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@caredietpro.com within the eligible timeframe
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) regardless of currency fluctuations

4. Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation session once at no charge, provided the request is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Completed and delivered diet plans and reports
  • Plans where the service period has elapsed
  • Promotional or discounted plans unless explicitly stated
  • Plans cancelled after the eligible refund window

6. Service Disruptions

In the unlikely event that CareDietPro is unable to deliver the purchased service due to circumstances on our end, you will be entitled to a full refund or service credit, at your choice.
