Shipping & Delivery Policy

CareDietPro is a fully digital service. All our products and services — including diet plans, reports, and consultations — are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved.

1. Nature of Delivery

All services provided by CareDietPro are digital in nature and delivered through one or more of the following channels:

  • Email — diet plans, reports, login credentials, and consultation confirmations are sent directly to your registered email address
  • Client Portal — your personalised reports and health data are accessible via the MyCareDietPro portal after logging in
  • WhatsApp — consultation schedules, report links, and credentials may also be shared on your registered WhatsApp number
  • Google Meet — live consultation sessions are conducted over video call via the link provided in your confirmation

2. Delivery Timelines

Timelines may vary based on the complexity of your health case, dietitian availability, and the completeness of information you provide.

3. Email Delivery

All transactional emails are sent from noreply@caredietpro.com. If you do not receive your email within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your Spam or Promotions folder
  • Ensure the email address provided during registration is correct
  • Add noreply@caredietpro.com to your contacts or safe sender list
  • Contact us at info@caredietpro.com if the issue persists

4. Access to Digital Reports

Diet reports and health assessments are accessible via a secure link sent to your email or through your MyCareDietPro account. Report links are valid for 90 days from the date of delivery. After expiry, please contact us to request an extension.

5. No Physical Shipment

CareDietPro does not ship any physical goods. No products are dispatched via courier, postal service, or any other physical delivery mechanism. All services are purely digital and internet-based.

6. Service Availability

Our digital services are available 24/7 via the client portal. Live consultations are scheduled during working hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM IST). Our team is based in India and all timings are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
