2. Services
CareDietPro provides personalised nutrition and diet consultation services including:
- One-on-one consultations with certified dietitians
- Personalised diet and nutrition plans
- General and clinical diet reports
- Health assessments and elite health scores
- Ongoing monitoring and progress tracking via the client portal
Our services are for informational and wellness purposes. They do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical doctor for medical conditions.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account on CareDietPro, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable plan fees at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
CareDietPro reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected during the active plan period.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate health information to receive appropriate dietary guidance
- Follow the advice of our dietitians responsibly and consult a doctor for medical concerns
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our platform
- Not share your account credentials or diet reports with unauthorised third parties
- Comply with all applicable laws while using our services
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the CareDietPro platform including diet plans, reports, graphics, logos, and software is the intellectual property of CareDietPro or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
CareDietPro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 3 months.
We do not guarantee specific health outcomes. Results vary based on individual adherence, health conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
