How do I access my diet report?
After your dietitian publishes your report, you will receive an email with a secure link. You can also log into your MyCareDietPro portal to access all your reports.
I did not receive my account credentials.
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If not found, email us at connect@caredietpro.com with your registered phone number and we will resend your credentials.
How do I reschedule my consultation?
Contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled session via email or WhatsApp and we will reschedule at the earliest available slot.
How do I request a refund?
Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy and then email connect@caredietpro.com with your order details. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
I have a medical condition — is CareDietPro suitable for me?
Our dietitians are trained in clinical nutrition and can work with many medical conditions. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor alongside our dietary guidance.
